Michele Cintas has been buying and selling property all of her adult life. A native of San Diego, born and raised in Pt. Loma, Michele began her career with Century 21 in the coastal bay and beach areas, earning the highest awards offered. Soon the majority of Michele's business became referral-based and Michele chose to go independent with Independence Realty.
Michele attributes her success to her faith and core beliefs in doing business by the Golden Rule, never losing sight of serving others with respect, honesty, integrity and professionalism. Every business relationship has turned into a wonderful friendship with continued referrals.
Michele's passion for the profession and knowledge of San Diego has attributed to her continued success through the tumultuous and ever-changing market. Michele has worked with Relocation companies throughout the country. She is considered an expert at short sales, REO foreclosures and is hired as a Negotiator by other real estate professionals. Michele has developed strong relationships with lenders, title insurance companies, escrow companies and a variety of home-related trades to save clients money and deliver the best service. She learned to speak Spanish as a child while living in Peru which allows her the ability to serve Spanish speaking clientele.
On a personal note, Michele has a passion for cooking. Having traveled extensively throughout the world, she has acquired an expansive array of international recipes and cooking techniques and recently chosen as a top finalist in a Bon Appetit contest. When not cooking, Michele enjoys many outdoor sports including kayak fishing in her Hobie kayak and frolicking with her two Jack Russells.
